Testing Services
Anchorman Testing carry out 3 types of on site pull testing in accordance with BS:8539 and CFA guidance;
Proof load testing is used to verify the design and quality of the installation. The load fixings should take in the base material is known.
Preliminary load testing- Sample fixings are tested to verify the suitability of the fixings in the base material. The load fixings should withstand are known but need to be confimed within the base material. Typically used to inform engineering design loads
Ultimate load test- Sample fixings are tested to determine the maximum load the fixing can withstand within the base material. The load fixings should withstand are unknown, therefore fixings are loaded until failure occurs. Typically used to inform engineering design loads.
Complaint Anchor Testing
We conduct proof load testing using the latest Hydrajaws equipment upto 65kN. This verifies anchors meet British and European safety standards, including BS 8539, BS7883 and BS EN 795.
Digital Reporting
Each test includes a full digital report, with geo-tagged location, timestamped results. Clients can trust the data for audits, inspections and compliance documentation.
